Manufacturing Department 

Position Summary:

The Stamping Administrative Specialist is responsible for administration and control of all SAP related functions to include budget controlling for the section, Kanban management, and all necessary data entry and tracking. They will also be required to maintain all current and future databases used by Stamping management along with coordination of all ISO activities within the section. The Stamping Administrative Specialist will also control and coordinate all cost reduction activity and procurement of all supplies not included within SIA’s capital budget. Staffing coordination will also be a primary responsibility of the role.

Outline of Duties:

• Create production patterns, set ups, volumes, press schedules and plans to match with Body production schedules, etc.
• Provides section-wide production staffing coordination.
• Administrative tasks assigned by manager.
• Database Maintenance to include entry and tracking activities.
• Control and perform all SAP-related activities within the section.
• ISO/Kanban coordination to include managing all internal Standard Work procedures.
• Section budget controller for Stamping section
• Budget management of cost reduction activities, within section.
• Stamping administrative supplies procurement.
• Vacation and attendance tracking.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Business Administration or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Teams and Share Point

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus 2 or more years of relevant experience
• Experience with SAP
