SIA offers premium-free comprehensive health benefits for you and your eligible dependents, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits.

401(k) Plan
SIA offers a company match of 50% of contributions up to a specified percentage of pay. SIA also makes a discretionary contributions to Associate accounts.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – Medical and Dependent Care
SIA offers both a healthcare and a dependent care FSA. SIA provides a contribution and a dollar for dollar matching contribution into the healthcare FSA.

SIA Health & Wellness Center (HWC) - Convenient Primary Care Health Facility with Limited Acute Care Services
All full-time SIA Associates and their eligible dependents and retirees under age 65 who are on the Plan can utilize the HWC. SIA pays the full cost of this benefit.

SIA Associate Recreation Center
All Associates and their eligible dependents age 18 or older are eligible to use the on-site SIA Associate Recreation Center at no cost.

SIA Child Development Center
All Associates are eligible to use the SIA Child Development Center. The SIA Child Development Center, managed by Bright Horizons, provides childcare for children age 6 weeks up to Kindergarten. You are responsible for paying tuition to the SIA Child Development Center. Rates are comparable to child care in the area.  

Adoption Assistance
SIA will reimburse eligible Associates for 100% of eligible expenses, up to a specified amount.

Educational Assistance Program
All full-time SIA Associates who have been employed for 6 months are eligible to participate in the Educational Assistance Program whereby Associates are reimbursed for certain tuition expenses. See the Associate Development Section for details. 

Vehicle Purchase & Special Lease Program
All full-time SIA Associates are eligible for a rebate and dealer incentives for the purchase of a Subaru vehicle. SIA also provides a benefit towards a Subaru lease. 

Holidays, Company Time off & Vacation
SIA provides a generous holiday and time off program, including 12 paid holidays, 4 paid company paid days off and an allotment of PTO/Vacation days that varies based on hire date and length of service.

Miscellaneous
SIA offers several voluntary benefits designed to provide all full-time Associates access to an array of affordable, discounted services to meet your needs. SIA negotiates group rates for these products. You pay the full cost of all voluntary products.
