Outline of duties:


  • Administration of our SharePoint Online and on-premises environment, including Teams and OneDrive.
  • Requires gathering information, site design, and documentation.
  • Assess design and usage of SharePoint sites.
  • Identify and correct common design and usability issues with SharePoint and Teams including but not limited to permissions management, page design, and content management.
  • Restructure SharePoint sites rebuild program/group/team SharePoint portals, and migrate SharePoint sites between platforms and/or Microsoft Teams.
  • Resolve level 2 or 3 incidents for SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Provide training to Site Owners, Site Collection Admins, and Teams Owners on SharePoint and Teams


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Associates degree in related field.
  • 5+ years dedicated experience as a SharePoint Administrator (hands on working with users).
  • Must have strong hands-on working knowledge of SharePoint 2016, especially the capabilities and limitations.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of SharePoint Permissions.
  • Strong Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on resolving SharePoint related issues.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of software development languages and tools to integrate communication and collaboration technologies with other applications and business systems.
  • Highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of information security and systems administration.
  • Self-motivating individual


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Configuration/development using native features.
  • Client-side scripting (eg. Rest API, JavaScript, Client-Side Object Model)
  • Requirements gathering, high-level design, and documentation.
  • Strong working knowledge of InfoPath, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow and SharePoint built-in services, apps, and add-ins
