Outline of duties:

 

  • Collaborate closely with SIA management and business users to define SAP and related system.
  • requirements and specifications and identify and resolve business system issues.
  • Contribute accurate effort and resource estimates to SAP-related project plans.
  • Facilitate and take the lead role in the delivery and support of the development portion of
  • projects/programs within specified functional area(s).
  • Creates systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application.
  • developers.
  • Work seamlessly with developers both internal and external to deliver high quality solutions.
  • Coordinate all development aspects for all configuration and custom objects, including reports,
  • interfaces, conversion programs, database design and creation, enhancements.
  • Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
  • Coordinates activities simultaneously for multiple projects.
  • Modify solutions to fix errors, adapt to new hardware or runtimes, improve performance, or upgrade
  • software versions.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in SAP ECC 6.0 / S4 HANA.
  • Strong general knowledge of SAP architecture and administration
  • Broad functional and technical knowledge of SAP solutions, particularly FICO, MM, SD, and WM/EWM, and Ariba
  • Lead and Support all SD and/or MM/EWM related activities, including supervision of onsite consultants and offshore support
  • Prepare test plans and scripts and perform unit, integration, and regression testing.
  • Perform system regression testing for new releases or upgrades to SAP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with SAP PP, PS, and/or EWM
  • Experience working with S/4 HANA in a private cloud environment.
  • Experience integrating SAP with legacy applications.
  • SAP certification(s) strongly preferred.
