Product Manager – In Process Control (IPC), Assembly

Position Summary: 

The Product Manager, IPC Assembly, assists in managing the IPC section inspection processes to ensure quality targets are achieved. 

Outline of duties:

• Direct management of salaried IPC Group Leaders and indirect management of the Section's hourly Associates.
• Oversee and support daily staffing needs.
• Responsbility for IPC Section inspection processes to ensure quality target are met.
• Management and oversight of Section TPM, Kaizen and Training activities.
• Ensure compliane to all SIA policies and procedures.
• Responsbility for Safety of all Associates in section.
• Support all budget planning/controls.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Industrial Manufacturing, related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
• Four years of relevant experience including prevoius supervisory experience within a manufacturing facility
• Willingness and ability to rotate between 1st and 2nd shift assignments on a schedule or as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in relevant field
• Previous management experience in automotive manufacturing
• Previous experience within project management field
