Outline of duties:

  • Overall Project Management utilizing detailed schedules and milestones to track progress.
  • New Manufacturing Process Set-Up / Process Change Implementations
  • Evaluation of Equipment Cycle and Associate Process Interaction
  • Study Impact of Production Line Sped Changes and impact to manning and process.
  • Analyze Process Efficiency and Implement Improvements
  • Evaluate Vehicle Components for Cost Reduction and continuous Improving ideas.
  • Support ISA New Model Development from concept to implementation of Vehicle
  • Study vehicle component interactions and drawing variation to determine fit or installation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant automotive experience with a minimum of 2-year experience in manufacturing environment. Proficient in Excel. Excellent written and oral communication, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, proven people skills, and ability to work with multiple departments on projects. Ability to travel overseas and domestic.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Model Development of new products or product changes.
  • Experience evaluating new parts or components and their effects on existing process.
  • Background in training or experience with root cause analysis methods.
  • Project management skill from concept to implementation including schedule and budget management.
  • Able to read, understand and interpret technical vehicle parts drawing.
