Outline of duties:

  • Trim Shop Staffing Coordinator. Tracking and coordinating, transfers, pull-down, and attrition, includes change tracking of salaried staff and approximately 2000 associates.
  • FST center coordinator oversees training new associate, trainers, and refresh training of associates.
  • ISO Coordinator
  • Work Instruction Change Points
  • Budget Controller for indirect materials, salary overtime, and production overtime.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or certification; minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum of one year of training, coaching or instruction experience.
  • Must have strong skill set of analyzing data.
  • Must have strong hands-on working knowledge of manufacturing. 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on resolving issues.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience providing training in manufacturing environment.
  • Highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of information security and systems administration.
  • Self-motivating individual while being able to maintain confidentiality.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience.
  • Background in training or experience with root cause analysis methods.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management as well as other departments.
  • Project management skill from concept to implementation including schedule and budget management.
