SIA Direct Hire Production Associate – 2nd Shift
SIA is seeking highly motivated and qualified manufacturing professionals for Direct Hire onto our second shift production operations. We are looking for candidates with 1.5 years or more of experience in Manufacturing Assembly, Machine Operating, Picker-Packer roles, Quality Control, Fork Truck operations, Automotive Repair, Industrial Maintenance, and more!

Outline of Duties:
- Perform manufacturing tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
- Work, alongside a team, to complete processes towards the assembly of Subaru vehicles.
- Rotate through stations for specific production processes.
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
- Prepare finished products for shipment to other SIA Sections.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Must be active in Safety, Environmental, and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Initiate, document, and participate in company-wide Kaizen projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1.5+ years’ experience in any of the following fields: manufacturing assembly, Machine operating, picker-packer, quality control, fork truck operations, automotive repair, industrial maintenance, or any related manufacturing role.
- Ability to work a 2nd Shift schedule (Generally, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Must be a self-directed, motivated individual.
