Outline of Duties:
The Body Administrative Specialist will be responsible for all administrative tasks for the section to include creating reports, maintaining information in reporting databases and presentation boards. They will also assist in leading and coordinating the safety and environmental initiatives for the section and coordinate section wide staffing alongside production management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides section-wide production staffing coordination.
- Section safety coordination. Provides coordination of meeting activities and trains and develops safety coordinators in Production
- Environmental/Energy Liaison for section. Conducts monthly progress meetings with management and works with vendors on PPE.
- Maintain the TPM boards for the section to include data analysis and entry.
- Section Budget controller for IPC Metal and assists in budget controlling for the Body Shop. Indirect procurement for Body section supplies.
- Develops and maintains presentation materials for Production leadership.
- Provides data analysis on assigned projects as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Teams and Share Point
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Experience with SAP
